Since 2002, Phosa Manufacturing has been a trusted name in building Mobile Occupational Health Units that bring healthcare directly to the workplace. Our mobile units allow doctors and nurses to take the clinic to the client — reducing downtime and improving access to care.

Each unit is custom-built and fully equipped with features such as worktops, examination couches, air-conditioning, and single or double audiometric booths. We also manufacture specialized units, including TB testing, VCT counselling, primary healthcare, circumcision, and mobile X-ray units.

With our efficient production process, a mobile occupational health unit can be completed in 8–10 working days, ready for immediate use. Optional built-in generators ensure reliable power, even in remote areas, and our lightweight design allows easy towing with any 2L vehicle.

As a NRCS-certified MIB (Manufacturer/Importer/Builder), we handle every step in-house — offering affordable, high-quality mobile units and complete turnkey solutions. We also build custom trailers (750–3500kg) and convert panel vans into fully functional mobile clinics.
